    • Build west side of 209th Avenue between Alexander and Eggert streets.
    • Build eastbound right turn lane on Blanton Street at 209th Avenue.
    • Construct waterline improvements on Tualatin Valley Highway at night.
    • Temporarily widen south side of TV Highway.
    • Build north side of Alexander Street east of 209th Avenue.

  • Stage 2

    January 2023-April 2023
    • Build curbs and sidewalk on the north side of TV Highway.
    • Build east side of 209th Avenue north of TV Highway.

  • Stage 3

    April 2023-April 2024
    • 30-day road closure to build 209th Avenue north of TV Highway.
    • Rebuild westbound lanes on TV Highway.
    • Build east side of 209th Avenue, south of TV Highway.

  • Stage 4

    April 2024-June 2024
    • Build center lanes on TV Highway.
    • Only right turns allowed at the 209th Avenue and TV Highway intersection.

  • Stage 5

    June 2024-August 2024
    • 90-day road closure to reconstruct the south side of TV Highway and railroad crossing.

  • Stage 6

    September 2024
    • Final paving and striping at night.
